The building
Within the walls of B4, in the most dynamic part of Manifattura, the workers created the highest quality cigars and cigarettes by hand.
A productive vocation which will once again be a characteristic of the building, with new executive, office spaces on the upper floors, and ateliers, concept stores, workshops, bars and restaurants on the ground floor, all facing or overlooking green areas and pedestrianised zones.
The building is located a few meters from the parking lot and one of the future entrances mainly dedicated to fast road

The building
The mirror image of building B4, and sharing in its productive vocation, building 5 plays a large part in animating the life of the Factory.
The ground floor hosts commercial activities such as ateliers, concept stores, bars and restaurants, with the Central Square on one side, and the future tram stop for the T4 line (which by 2025 will reduce travel times between Manifattura and the city centre to 12 minutes) on the other. Large open plan executive and office spaces are found on the upper floors, with direct access to the hanging garden on the roof of building 11. The new glass-walled Skyroom on the roof of the building offers impressive views of Florence’s historic city centre, as well as the greenery of Cascine Park.
